New school location
Now a milestone of our school aid project could be realized.
In March 2023, NEBS was completely shifted to the new location.
This also eliminates the rent for the school at the old location, and lessons no longer have to be held at two places
The school now has its own property and buildings for 17 classrooms have been available since construction work was completed in December 2023.
This was mainly made possible by
- most generous donations by ANDOC for the purchase of the land and the construction of the classrooms
- the dedicated and competent efforts of the NEBS team

We have now succeeded together in developing our school project with the above measures in such a way that high-quality education can be offered to children regardless of gender and precarious social circumstances.
However, due to the significantly lower school fees compared to other private schools in the city, a sustainable economic basis should only be achievable with a number of students of more than 350 (Current number: 280).
Therefore, ANDOC continues to support the NEBS with financial contributions to ensure a continuation of the proven NEBS school model.

An admirable action should be mentioned here
During the difficult time caused by the pandemic, Nile English Boarding School (NEBS) staff donated 15% of their monthly salary to the Tikapur Municipality Relief Fund to help the victims of the Corona Virus.
And this despite the currently significantly reduced income and the already comparatively extremely low salaries of the school staff.
An additional confirmation of our concern to support this school as far as necessary and possible in its future development.
